BODY ATTACK is a group exercise program set to music that activates the
power energy systems. It is a pre-choreographed 60-minute workout using high
intensity interval training, which is simple and effective.

enthusiasts to improve co-ordination and achieve their goals.
The structure and routines in a BODY ATTACK class places demands on multiple
energy and neuromuscular systems, providing a range of cardiovascular,
muscular endurance and agility based benefits.
At a muscular conditioning level the overload on upper and lower muscle
groups during short, repeated intervals closely mimics the activity of many
sports, providing general and specific conditioning.
