bullet WEIGHTS
Strength training will delay the onset of aging by maintaining good muscle function.   Body shaping with weights can achieve a well toned body. Posture and performance is improved and the risk of injury is reduced.  Men and women both benefit from using weights. Contrary to some concerns, women do not `bulk up', they don't have enough of the hormone testosterone. For women, good muscle tone and shape is achieved. Men are able to increase in size and define body proportions.

CARDIO
Regular aerobic exercise will improve the efficiency of the heart and lungs, reduce fat, decrease cholesterol levels and give increased energy and vitality.

Exercise is beneficial in the prevention and control of osteoporosis, high blood pressure, heart disease and obesity.  Excellent results have been shown with depression and anxiety.  A commitment to exercise 3-4 times weekly can help build and maintain strong muscles, joints and bones. We know our life expectancy has increased and more of us are looking to an active old age, free of many of the ailments of a sedentary lifestyle. 

Just a simple exercise program designed specifically for you and your lifestyle,  using our cardio machines  at your convenience is all it takes to improve the way you feel and look.

We can design you a program that will allow you to workout three times a week and improve your well-being, reduce stress and fat, build muscle and improve your aerobic capacity and strength.  The importance of a healthy diet and exercise is being constantly reinforced by medical research.  Published case studies from the Institute of Sport have shown that weight training combined with cardio exercise will give the fastest results for fat loss.
