A
personalised program ensures that you're achieving your goals in the most
effective way. Your program is designed so that you can use it at any
time during our opening hours.
Before a program is written, a
pre-exercise screening form is filled out
to inform us of any injuries or illnesses you may have and the goals you
would like to achieve.
Based on the pre-exercise screening form and the frequency with which you
are able to attend the club, a program is design to personally suit you.
A
program card is set up for you and includes: warm up, personalised
exercises, warm down and stretches (which is a very important part of the
program in order to avoid injuries).
Your instructor will show you each exercise in detail and then have you
complete the same under supervision.
