RPM is the studio cycling craze that’s great for everyone, because you get to set your own pace. Benefit from a unique group atmosphere and professional coaching without competitive pressure.

It’s great fun to music - without having to learn coordinated moves.

RPM is the no-impact program that’s murder on butts and thighs. So declare war on fat - get ready to ride the calorie killer!

RPM is an awesome workout for improving your aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength. The music driven terrain pushes your body to burn calories (up to 900 calories in a single class) and tighten your frame. Under guidance of your instructor and motivation from your team you will experience slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins that present no barrier to coordination or boredom.

The freestyle cycling class will still give you all the experiences and benefits as the RPM class the only difference is that each class you do will have different music and cycling challenges.
